Getting access
Localisync accounts are invitation-only. You can receive an account invitation from an operator or a team invitation from a workspace Owner/Admin.
New account
Section titled “New account”You need access to the invited email address. Open the setup email within 72 hours, complete email verification, and set your password. Passwords must contain 15–128 characters. There is no required mix of uppercase letters, numbers or symbols, and no periodic password-change requirement.
When setup finishes, sign in with your email and password. The panel opens Workspaces.
If you were invited to a workspace, review the workspace name and role under Your invitations, then select Accept. Account setup and workspace acceptance are separate steps.
Existing account
Section titled “Existing account”A team invitation does not change your password or other memberships. Open the invitation and sign in with the account that was invited. Review the workspace and role, then select Accept or Decline.
An invitation is bound to the prepared customer identity. Forwarding its link to another account does not transfer the invitation.
Section titled “Sign in”Choose Continue with email in the panel. Authentication opens the Localisync identity screen. Enter your email and password to return to the panel.
Email verification is required. Public registration, social sign-in, MFA and Remember me are not available in this release.
Expired or unusable links
Section titled “Expired or unusable links”Ask the sender for a new invitation. For a workspace invitation, Resend replaces the previous invitation; use the newest email. Used, revoked and expired links cannot grant membership.
If you are signed into the wrong account, choose Sign out, then sign in with the invited account. Do not create another account to work around a rejected invitation.
See Team invitations for delivery states and acceptance rules, or Password recovery if you already have an account but cannot sign in.
Choose whether we remember appearance preferences and use Google Analytics on Localisync and its documentation. Optional storage stays off until you accept.
