Platform administration
Localisync separates customer workspace management from platform administration. The separate System Admin Panel is implemented and tested locally; hosted availability requires an explicit operator rollout. It is not a customer-facing menu or an additional workspace role.
Permissions
Section titled “Permissions”Workspace Owner/Admin permissions do not grant platform authority. System administration requires management-network access, an explicitly assigned separate identity, a password and an authenticator code. Operational access is provisioned and recovered by the server operator.
The initial administrative scope is platform inventory, private-image storage quotas and an audit of administrative actions. It does not expose customer translations, comments, member lists, images or provider credentials, and it does not impersonate customers or publish releases.
Private image quotas
Section titled “Private image quotas”Context images and images explicitly selected for AI assistance share a workspace budget, with a default of 1 GiB. The accounting includes stored bytes and space reserved for work already in progress. References from branches, snapshots and valid previews retain files; they do not count the same file more than once. Archived content may still retain images. Database, release and backup sizes are separate from this budget.
If a quota needs adjustment, contact your operator. A change requires a reason, a current version and explicit confirmation. Lowering a quota does not delete files. Previously reserved work may finish; new uploads can be rejected until sufficient capacity is available.
When an operation cannot complete
Section titled “When an operation cannot complete”An expired administrator session requires a new authenticator-verified login. A competing quota change requires reviewing the current quota before confirming again. During maintenance, management writes pause without turning failed requests into successful changes. After a lost response, the operator checks the recorded operation result before retrying.
After disaster recovery, administrator sessions and restored grants require separate operator review. Customer access and existing SDK delivery remain independent of this management surface.
