Read dashboard projects

Workspace membership is required. Translation coverage uses active keys/languages on active projects’ main branches, including source languages and excluding fallback. Activity counts recorded changes, not historical coverage. Tasks and publication jobs retain their branch scopes and current states. This endpoint performs no writes.
