This notice covers localisync.com and docs.localisync.com, operated by Wetus (Gülali Çelik), İstanbul, Türkiye. Contact info@localisync.com with privacy questions. It does not describe every data-processing activity in the customer panel, authentication service or customer applications.
Cookies and similar storage
A cookie is a small browser record. We also use local storage for appearance preferences and session storage for the documentation menu. Optional storage is off until you choose to allow it.
| Category and record | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
Necessary: localisync_site_consent | Stores your category choices, policy version and choice dates across both sites. Contains no account or visitor identifier. | 180 days from your explicit choice; visits do not extend it. |
Preferences: localisync:landing:theme, starlight-theme | Remembers the theme separately on each site, when Preferences is allowed. | Removed when that site next detects withdrawn or expired permission, or when you clear browser storage. |
Preferences: sl-sidebar-state | Remembers documentation menu expansion and scroll position, when Preferences is allowed. | Browser tab session, or earlier removal after permission changes. |
Analytics: localisync_landing_ga*, localisync_docs_ga* | Google Analytics browser and session identifiers, only when analytics is configured and you allow it. These records are separate on each site. | No longer than the remaining 180-day permission period; visits do not automatically extend it. |
Your controls
Accept all enables Preferences and Analytics. Reject optional keeps both off. Manage preferences lets you choose separately. Necessary storage remembers this decision so we do not ask on every page.
Closing the preference window, scrolling or continuing to browse does not give consent. Theme controls and navigation work without optional storage. When JavaScript is unavailable, no analytics is loaded and the public content remains readable.
A shared choice, separate sites
Your choice applies to both named sites. A second site reads that choice when you open it. Open pages check again on focus; pages with analytics permission also check every two seconds. A hidden or suspended browser tab may process a change when it resumes.
Use Cookie settings in either footer to change or withdraw permission. If Google code was already loaded, the page reloads to stop it. Optional records on the other site are removed when that site next processes the change. Withdrawing permission does not retract data already sent.
If your browser prevents us from saving or validating your choice, analytics stops on the current page. If an older choice remains, allow site cookies and save again to update other pages. Browser settings can also delete these records. A policy-version change or expired choice causes us to ask again.
See Website privacy for analytics data and provider information.
Choose whether we remember appearance preferences and use Google Analytics on Localisync and its documentation. Optional storage stays off until you accept.
